Start with...
            YOU

The fundamental building block for every team and organization is the individual.

Whether you are a leader or an individual contributor, your greatest value to anything you are involved with will come from self-awareness, and your ability to leverage your strengths and address your gaps.

Our one-on-one executive coaching is delivered in a way that meets your needs.

Possible outcomes from coaching

You might be wondering what kinds of things you could be coached on, and what results you might see.  The list is long, but, essentially, anything that helps you to be more effective at what you do. Here is a short list of some things that are common outcomes from coaching......

Increased

  • Confidence

  • Self-awareness

  • Leadership presence

Improved

  • Relationships with colleagues

  • Management skills - giving (and receiving!) feedback, delegating, developing others

Ability to

  • Manage time & energy more effectively

  • Better balance work and life

  • Recognize and set boundaries

  • Influence outcomes better

  • Recognize and manage oncoming stress

  • Communicate more effectively

How it works

 Safety first

The coaching environment is critical to successful coaching. I endeavour to create a safe space for our encounters. All conversations are confidential. If you feel safe to share and talk about what you are worrying about, we are more likely to find answers.

 Logistical Matters

We usually meet:

  • 2x / month

  • 45-60 minutes

  • for 3 - 6 months (to start)

And I will often have you do homework related to the things we talk about - trying something new in a meeting, preparing for a tough conversation; working through an exercise for self-awareness. Whatever it is, it will be directly tied to your goals.

Your agenda

The coaching is always focused on what you want to do - whether it is uncovering your leadership presence, developing more confidence, increasing your influence, or preparing for a presentation you give tomorrow.

 Your role/ My role

Your role is that of learner. You will get the most from the experience if you show up willing to share, will to try new things, and willing to recognize that you are the best architect of change in your own life.

The role of the coach is that of thinking partner. I will help you to see things differently, maybe see yourself differently, provide support and travel alongside you as you move down this path.
